Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure the results of our outreach. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for money or other valuable consideration. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the Site and communicate with you, such as our website and forms platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), webinar, email and messaging providers, and website analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Affiliated businesses. The Best AI Class, AI Foundry School (aifoundryschool.com) and Believe In More (believeinmore.ai) are run by the same founders. We may share your contact details and request among them so the right team can respond to you.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our visitors or others.
- Business changes. In connection with a merger, sale or transfer of all or part of our business.
Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, including our affiliated sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not apply to them. Please review their policies when you visit them.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to you and keeping you on our email list until you unsubscribe, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Depending on where you live, including California and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it; to access, correct or delete it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising; and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
